Newsletter Vol3 No6
Welcome
Hello! Welcome to our September Newsletter!
Since there have been a lot of celebrities who have passed away in the last few months, our News section has stories about two whose estates will probably end in a court battle and two whose estates will not. Our Information section discusses the new laws that took effect in Texas this month. Finally, our Articles Section focuses on two cases where legal entities designed to be used for the benefit of the public and individuals have been abused to defeat their original good intentions.
If you have a question you would like us to answer or a topic you would like us to write about please let us know.
And please pass this Newsletter on to someone you know that has estate problems or questions and may need our help. They can contact us directly. We can talk about their unique problem and customize a solution for them.

This story by the Texas Tribune and published by KPRC Click2Houston explains how a new law extends the existing notice requirement but still leaves most patient advocates unhappy. Click HERE to read.
