What Is A Executor?
An EXECUTOR is a person who has been named by a TESTATOR to carry out the provisions of the TESTATOR’S Last Will and Testament. The most important job an EXECUTOR has is to distribute the TESTATOR’S property.
An EXECUTOR is approved by a Court to perform their job when the will is probated.
If no will is probated, the person who distributes the TESTATOR’S property is called an ADMINISTRATOR.
